So out of the blue we drove into Nashville from Ohio to search towns and homes in NC to move to! We saw a home for sale that was “the” one that we were looking for in the right neighborhood! It was about 8 pm at night and we took a chance and called the number on the sign in front of the house and left a message. Audrey called us back in a few minutes and we asked if we could see that home the next day as we were just passing thru! She met us with Brooks the next day to see the home but we continued our search. But during our 3rd trip to NC we decided to come and see it again and make a final decision. After meeting us at the spur of the moment we decided to put an offer in on the hole while awaiting our flight back to Ohio. The long distance communication between Audrey and us was awesome and everything with her office went smoothly! She was able to recommend people and places in the area that we needed.
